It’s that time of year again! It’s that time Folio: starts reviewing all the Who’s Who in the publishing and media industry and recognizes some of the greatest publications and campaigns to have circulated in the past year. It’s time for Folio:’s Eddie and Ozzie awards.
In what they’re calling “the largest awards competition in media publishing, and the only competition for all publications,” Folio: will award top titles an Eddie or Ozzie of excellence. This prestigious award is recognized across the industry as a marker of creativity, hard work, and success.
Eddies are given for editorial excellence, while Ozzies are awarded to those exhibiting excellence in magazine design. The Eddies and Ozzies recognize a wide spectrum of publication types, industries, and target market/topics. Some Eddie categories include:

– Online Community
– Social Media use

The Eddies and Ozzies receive over 2,000 entries a year. Registration is now open, and the deadline for your entry is June 6, 2014. (Late submissions are accepted until June 13, 2014.)
