When Arizona State University made the decision to allow students to make their housing selections online, it made perfect sense to have the corresponding guide to those programs available online as well.

Because the new system required students to visit several new URLs, placing them throughout the digital edition made it easy to click their way through the registration process, a far better option than copying them from a printed edition.

The layout and design of the edition was also optimized for digital reading as well, using screen friendly fonts and font sizes. This meant that zooming in to read wasn’t required.

Finally, video was inserted in the publication, too, ensuring that students would enjoy an engaging – and now online – experience.
