So, the iPhone turned 5 last week. To say it it has changed our business is to put it mildly. As it stands now, more than 7% of all Nxtbooks are read on the iPad. Nearly 4% are read on the iPhone. If we assume that without the iPhone, there’d be no iPad, we see that 11% of all Nxtbook readers are doing so on this single platform.

As surprisingly, over the past month iPhone readers have stayed inside their Nxtbook for five minutes, which is a hair more than desktop readers. They’ve also read – on average – the same number of pages. Meanwhile, the iPad outperforms both, with average engagement of more than 7 minutes.
